This new home was designed to meet the 2015 goals of the architecture 2030 challenge. 

Beaver Island Passive House

Currently being completed.

Upon completion and verification this home will be the first certified passive house in northern michigan.

Petoskey remodel
​

This exquisite bathroom remodel was part of 3rd floor remodel of an older petoskey home. additionally a very colorful painted lady style balcony was added to the exterior of the house.
